Furthermore, as Howard Wang, the Lazada Group’s Chief Technology Officer, is excited about adding ChatGPT to Azure OpenAI Service for LazzieChat. This collaboration with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service is going to change Lazada’s online shopping by providing personalized suggestions and quicker help.
LazzieChat is especially helpful for things like clothes and makeup, making it a big deal for brands and sellers on Lazada. It works all the time, helping people find products. LazzieChat uses Lazada’s AI and Azure OpenAI’s talking skills to chat naturally, suggest things, and give details quickly.
Named after Lazada’s lion mascot, Lazzie, this chatbot talks in English in Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia. More languages are coming soon. You can find LazzieChat with a swipe on the Lazada app, making shopping easier.
